Equipment and software must fit the user, environment, security baseline, warranty plan, delivery schedule, and support model. Those details are easier and cheaper to settle before the order is placed.
Alliance Enterprise can support a product-only request or coordinate the wider job, including compatibility review, staging, asset records, rollout, licensing, and ongoing help.

Buying equipment and licenses
How supply requests are handled, from quote to deployed device.
Can I get a quote for hardware without committing to a project?
Yes. Send the specification, quantities and delivery location and you will receive a quote. Procurement is a standalone service, not something bundled into a larger engagement.
Do you deliver equipment ready to use, or as it comes from the vendor?
Staging and device lifecycle services cover imaging, configuration, asset tagging and deployment, so hardware can arrive ready for the person who will use it rather than as a box to be dealt with later.
What happens to equipment at the end of its life?
Device lifecycle covers the full span, including refresh and retirement, so replacement is planned rather than reactive and nothing is left unaccounted for.
Can you supply both the hardware and the software licenses for a rollout?
Yes. Servers and storage, end-user computing, networking, and software licensing are all part of the same supply capability, so a rollout does not have to be split across separate suppliers.
